Two (2) five-color Komori LSX 529 units with spot UV and flood UV coating capabilities. Maximum sheet size 24” x 30” prints, produces 16,000 sheets per hour per machine
One (1) five-color Komori Spica 429P. Maximum sheet size 20” x 29” perfecter, produces 11,000 sheets per hour
One (1) 5-color Didde Glaser 860 Web Press (cold) equipped with sheeters. Maximum sheet size 17” x 17” perfecter with perforation tower, prints 60,000 sheets per hour
Three (3) Ricoh PRO C9110 units with digital engines. Maximum sheet size 13” x 27”, produces 2,000 sheets per hour per machine
Two (2) Ricoh PRO 8220 one-color units with digital engines. Maximum sheet size 13” x 19”, produces 2,000 sheets per hour per machine
One (1) Oce VarioPrint 6160 one-color laser imaging unit. Maximum sheet size 12” x 18”, produces 9,000 sheets per hour simplex and 4,500 sheets per hour duplex

Four (4) MCS inkjet units with 9” print heads, variable mapping, and all TrueType fonts. Maximum speed 35,000 pieces per hour per machine
One (1) W+D BB700 five-station inserter with a four-way camera matching system. Inserts 15,000 pieces per hour
One (1) Pitney Bowes FlowMaster RS Flex six-station inserter with in-line stamp affixing. Inserts into envelopes up to 9” x 12”. Inserts 11,000 pieces per hour
One (1) Kirk-Rudy KR545D Multi Tabber. Applies three (3) tabs in one pass to self-mailers
Two (2) Saber 45” cutters
Four (4) MBO folders with in-line fugitive gluing
On-site United States Postal Service (USPS) postal verification

Twenty (20) item pre-flight checklist performed and signed off on
Separations, color requirements, bleeds, live image area verified per job specs
Accepted file formats include native files and PDFs. Able to convert files to RGB
All jobs approved by client prior to printing via our account team and/or customer service representatives
Proofs can come as Epson color proofs or PDFs, full resolution color-match prints available. Press proofs available time permitting
